    What You'll Be Doing:

    + Assist in identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions

    + Support the sales team with outreach, proposal development, and lead generation

    + Learn our products, services, and operations to strengthen client engagement

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and technical teams

    + Analyze market trends and help define potential growth opportunities

    + Uphold safety, ethical, and professional standards in all activities

    What Are We Looking For:

    + Current juniors or seniors pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

    + Passion for sales, client service, and building professional relationships

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Adaptable team player with initiative and drive

    + Organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail

    + Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite is a plus

    Work Environment:

    + Combination of office and field work.

    + Exposure to various weather conditions.

    + Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

    What We Offer:

    + $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr
