Position Purpose:
Responsible for creating original artwork with a visual style, design and layout that is appropriate to each project’s concepts and goals. Artwork includes layouts, logos, charts, diagrams, brochures, ads, flyers and packaging designs. Primarily supports the marketing function, but may also assist other departments in the company with graphic design needs. Communicates and coordinates corporate marketing programs enhancing company value proposition. Solves practical problems and deliver solutions that contribute to the ability of the business to grow. Deals with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Assists in prioritizing projects and programs based on contribution to immediate yet sustainable revenue enhancements. Interacts with marketing team, management, vendors and other associates. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
+ Assists with developing and executing short and long range marketing plans and programs to ensure the profit growth and adding value to stakeholder relationships
+ Assists with establishing marketing goals to support organizational strategic plans and visions.
+ Design all print collateral material, direct mail pieces, digital pieces, one-page flyers, creation of logos for promotions; Utilizing proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
+ Research companies that can provide giveaways and other customized items. Design customized wearables including supplying/adjusting logosand reviewing stitch-outs.
+ Work with Marketing Team to help create successful social media campaigns, content plans, and maintaining social media trends.
+ Additional duties may include, but are not limited to: provide artwork for additional marketing spin-offs such as spiffs, sales updates onpromotions, etc.; respond to requests from sales force for banners, flyers, signage; assist in various aspects of food shows and businessmeetings by providing logo/meeting theme, name tags, labels, signage, agenda design, wearables, etc.; and respond to customers’ requests for creation of menu and logo designs, T-shirts, etc. to create company brand awareness.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 Years of Marketing or related experience.
Must be proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, in particular), PC platform, Power Point and familiarity with SharePoint.
