Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives

What qualifications you will need:

+ Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation

+ Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma​ required​

+ ​​Bachelor's Degree in Nursing​ highly preferred​

+ 1+ years experience in leadership

+ ​​1+ years applicable experience ​required​ in healthcare & hospital surgery area

+ ​Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.

+ Basic Life Support (BLS)
