ABA Schedule Coordinator
Location : Montvale, NJ
Salary : $22-26 per hour
Work Arrangement : 5 days in-office

Position Summary
As anABA Scheduling Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day scheduling of Behavior Technicians and ensure timely, efficient service delivery for our clients. Your role will require coordinating multiple moving parts, resolving scheduling conflicts, and communicating clearly with both clients and staff. You will collaborate with other internal departments to keep schedules updated and optimize the service experience.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and maintain accurate daily schedules for ABA services.
+ Match Behavior Technicians with clients based on availability, skill set, and location.
+ Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes.
+ Communicate with clients and staff to confirm appointments and changes.
+ Collaborate with Authorizations and Employee Coordination teams for staffing needs.
+ Pull and present scheduling data using Power BI to inform clinical decisions.
+ Assist with ongoing improvements to scheduling procedures and tools.
Success Measurements
+ 30 Days:Learn scheduling tools, zone assignments, and understand scheduling workflows.
+ 60 Days:Independently manage scheduling needs for a caseload, resolve conflicts, and maintain up-to-date schedules.
+ 90 Days:Be fully independent in scheduling operations and contribute to quarterly scheduling initiatives.
+ 1 Year:Take a leadership role in identifying scheduling efficiencies and implementing improvements.
Requirements
+ Prior experience in healthcare scheduling –required
+ Experience in ABA scheduling –a plus!
+ Experience with Central Reach –a plus!
+ Proficiency in software tools such as G Suite and Power BI
