_JOB SUMMARY:_

Provides Physical Therapy services under the guidelines set by the practice Act of TBPTE. Serves as a patient advocate assuring the delivery of services. Meet legal, ethical, and institutional standards while adhering to the mission, philosophy, policies, and procedures of the department and organization.

_REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:_

Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Licensed or eligible for license in the State of Texas.

_Senior Physical Therapist Assistant_

_JOB SUMMARY:_

Provides physical therapy services under the guidelines set by the Practice Act of the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Advisors Serves as a patient advocate assuring the delivery of physical therapy meets legal, ethical and institutional standards while adhering to the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of the department and the organization.

_REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:_

Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Licensed or eligible for license in the State of Texas. 5 years related experience.
