    Job Description

    • Lead a team of developers

    • Hands-on coding and mentoring

    • Translate product requirements into software designs

    • Write and review technical specs and code

    • Resolve bugs and technical challenges

    • Promote best practices (code reviews, testing)

    • Design and manage complex data models

    Skills and Requirements

    • Fluent in English and Spanish

    • .NET/C#

    • Git (commit, branch, merge)

    • SOLID principles (name and explain all 5)

    • Design Patterns (experience with at least 3)

    • Dependency Injection (1+ year experience, explain how it works)

    • Asynchronous Communication (explain how it works, avoid blocking main thread)

    • Microservices

    • REST (explain how it works and where to apply)

    Azure DevOps (create PR, solve comments/conflicts) · Experience with React or Angular (at least 1 project)

    • Typescript

    AWS Fargate (knowledge only, no deployment required) null
