Insight Global is looking for a .NET Developer for a fortune 50 financial company to work within the Global Information Security Technology organization. This candidate will be required to work 5 days on site in Denver, CO or Chicago, IL. Insight Global is looking for a .Net/Angular Developer to join one of our largest financial clients in Denver, CO or Chicago, IL. This role is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the role include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. This role ensures solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. These individuals possess strong proficiency in development and testing practices common to the industry and have extensive experience of using design and architectural patterns. This role will require becoming deeply familiar with Atlassian's Jira Service Management functionality in order to build bidirectional API and Event/Messaging based systems integrations.

Responsibilities

-Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements

-Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas

-Code solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements

-Utilize multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements

-Assist team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work

-Design/develop/modify architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained

-Design/develop/maintain automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)

Skills and Requirements

- Extensive knowledge of .NET Core 6- Knowledge designing and implementing RESTful Web APIs on recent .NET Core versions

Proficient with API Security Frameworks (oAuth, JWT, etc.)

- Experience with unit testing frameworks- TDD, CI, IoC

- Message Brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc. - Groovy Scripting experience (Used in Jira Service Management)

- Extensive knowledge of Angular 14- Knowledge or familiarity with in depth F# experience (Specifically Scala, OCaml or Haskell

- Ability and willingness to learn Jira Service Management (training included once onboarded)

- Knowledge designing and implementing

- Event Based integration services using null
