    Job Description

    We are seeking a hands-on SAP Finance Product Manager to lead both the configuration and functional delivery of SAP finance modules. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment and can balance technical configuration work (50%) with stakeholder engagement and functional leadership (50%). The Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring the SAP system is ready to support critical business priorities, including payroll execution by January 1 and seamless month- and quarter-end financial closings. They will collaborate closely with finance, HR, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions aligned with operational goals. A key part of the role involves managing a third-party SAP technical support vendor, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while maintaining alignment with the roadmap. The Product Manager will also support and troubleshoot financial close processes, maintain system stability, and ensure data integrity. Additionally, they will drive documentation, testing, and training efforts, and act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to translate functional needs into effective system solutions.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO) as a product manager, analyst or consultant.

     

    Proven experience with hands-on SAP configuration in finance modules

     

    Strong understanding of finance business processes, including payroll integration, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial close.

     

    Experience managing third-party vendors or system integrators.

     

    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

     

    Ability to work independently in a startup-like environment with shifting priorities. Experience with greenfield SAP implementations

    Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA null
