Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Video Editor/Motion Graphics Designer to help transform creative projects into captivating visual experiences. This individual will collaborate closely with a team of creatives and stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver engaging video content and motion graphics that leave a lasting impression. They will be responsible for crafting compelling visual narratives from ideation through final delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals and partner expectations. This person will play a key role in generating excitement and raising awareness for Off Bases partners through visually stunning content. The ideal candidate is a passionate storyteller with a strong work ethic who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Hybrid role requiring advanced skills in video editing, design, and motion graphics.
Create polished video content with audio mixing, color correction, motion tracking, and retouching.
Support game capture efforts by producing high-quality gameplay footage.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Work from detailed briefs or minimal direction to interpret goals and pitch creative ideas.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and reviews, incorporating feedback to refine output.
Collaborate with producers, strategists, designers, and account managers to align content with campaign goals.
Design within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
Maintain organized project files and follow naming conventions for team collaboration.
Share knowledge of tools and processes to enhance team video literacy.
Create social-first content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Lead or support on-site video production, including event coverage, interviews, and studio shoots.

Skills and Requirements
At least 5 years experience in video production, post-production and motion graphic animation.
Based in the Pacific Timezone.
Proficiency with leading creative software including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop,
Illustrator, Cinema 4D, Final Cut Pro, Figma,etc.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills
An outstanding eye for detail and consistency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with internal and client-facing remote teams
Ability to manage time effectively, with a proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Experience working within a wide range of brand identity systems
A passion for motion design trends
Strong portfolio of creative work to demonstrate design for digital applications, mobile/web or
interactive design work
Comfortable with quick turnarounds
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and proactively manage time null
