    **Salary Range** : $18.89 - $28.33 Hourly

    Job Details

    The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible.

     

    The Agent Tech Support Specialist is tasked with servicing agent inquiries regarding software questions and issues. The specialist will use information provided by the agent to triage potential issues and provide solutions or education in the process. The specialist will document issues and work with subject matter experts on resolutions. The specialist will serve as the main point of contact with the agent and will be responsible for following up with resolutions.

    As an** **Agent Tech Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

    + Troubleshoots various sales technology technical issues over the phone or by email.

    + Conduct virtual meeting to assist with sales technology software setups or resolve softwarerelated problems.

    + Provides guidance and solutions to resolve field issues with sales technology tools.

    + Tests real time technical issues for triage on complex and high priority tasks.

    + Identifies and reports software issues to subject matter experts and IT partners.

    + Performs as a subject matter expert for Sales technology tools and processes.

    + Logs calls and issues.

    + Analyzes and responds to emails that are received into the technical support queues.

    + Provides exceptional customer service to agents as well as other company employees.

    + Identifies and distributes necessary self-help documentation to guide agents with self-service options.

    + Assist with small projects and minor software enhancements.

    + Assist with testing sales technology tools and software updates.

    The** **Agent Tech Support Specialist position is well-suited for you if you:

    + Demonstrate critical and analytical thinking skills.

    + Possess excellent conflict and issue resolution skills.

    + Exhibit strong organization skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and assignments.

    + Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

    What you’ll need:

    + Associate’s degree or 4 years of related work experience as equivalent

    + 3 years of customer service experience

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work well within a group and individually

    + Strong customer focus with the ability to handle escalated issues

    What will set you apart:

    + Basic software support experience

    + Insurance experience

    + Experience with Microsoft Office or related software

    + Willingness to work in the Central or Eastern time zone business hours
