Job Description:
- Support improved continuity of care between USC's existing healthcare facilities and the Arcadia facilities
- Improve the movement of patients and their medical information between Arcadia and other USC facilities
- Extend the standardized and best practice healthcare treatment and documentation workflows of USC's existing EHR system and Arcadia to facilitate care and enhance treatment and clinical documentation for Arcadia patients
- Improve data capture and reporting for clinical and operational use to improve care outcomes

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Soarian Financials, including integration, configuration, and application support.
Knowledge of revenue cycle workflows in a healthcare setting.
Experience working with HL7, X12, or other healthcare data exchange standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and appropriately identify risks, issues, barriers with timely escalations
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks at a time
-Lead difficult conversations appropriately and rooted in best practice
Merger & Acquisition experience and/or OH implementation required.
