Cassia, a non-profit healthcare provider operating in five states, is hiring a Network Administrator to join our team in Edina, MN. The position is primarily network administration but may include additional duties as needed. This is a hybrid position with significant on-premises work at our corporate office and all Cassia sites required.

Position Type: Full-Time

Wage Range: $75,000 - $84,000 Annually depending one experience

Qualifications:

+ Strong understanding of computer network infrastructure and a high degree of technical proficiency with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve.

+ 5+ years’ professional experience with multi-site networking including WAN, LAN, WLAN, and Firewalls required.

+ Exceptional documentation and communication skills.

+ Experience with security and threat management across the organization.

+ Experience with troubleshooting network systems, especially WLAN.

+ Experience with Fortinet, Aruba, and Clearpass is a plus.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to end users both on-site and remote.

+ Education and certification will be considered, but are not a substitute for experience.

+ Willingness to work outside regular business hours when necessary.

+ Willingness to visit remote sites as needed, including some overnight stays occasionally.

Responsibilities:

+ Overall management of the WAN, LAN, and WLAN at each of our facilities including

+ FortiGate firewalls

+ Aruba HPE Switches

+ Multiple WiFi environments (Aruba, Ruckus, HP)

+ ClearPass

+ Cradle Point devices

+ Security always at the forefront of every decision

+ Responsible for enterprise security including network, systems, and end user.

+ End Point protection

+ Phishing testing and training

+ Patching

+ Keeping up to date on security threats

+ Data Center management

+ Ensuring reliable, secure connection into servers located at our Data Center via facility or externally

+ Ensuring a reliable and secure SSL VPN connection for remote workers, utilizing multifactor authentication

+ Documentation/Organization

+ Detailed documentation of configuration of network

+ Creating scripts to configure firewalls and switches

+ Cleaning up network closets, to utilize the appropriate length of cables, and devices labeled

+ Automation of processes where feasible
