    Psychiatrist Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $100.00 - $500.00 an hour – Per Diem Days, Various shifts and hours per week Boulder Community Health is seeking a Psychiatrist to join our dedicated team serving adults and adolescents in an inpatient outpatient setting. This provider will deliver compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams. The physician will work under the direction of the Medical Director and Nursing Director of Behavioral Health Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist or behavioral health physician to contribute to integrated, whole-person care in a community-focused health system. Benefits: •403(b)Retirement plan •Education assistance program •Staff Support Initiatives such as Sound Baths, Meditation, Massages, and Reiki •Free one-on-one retirement planning sessions •Employee Assistance Program offering 8 free, confidential counseling sessions for you and your family Qualifications •Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution •Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (adult or child/adolescent) •Unrestricted Colorado medical license or eligibility •Active DEA license in good standing •BLS certification by end of conditional period •At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred (post-residency or fellowship) •Experience with integrated care or collaborative care models is a plus •Ability to work effectively within a team and support trauma-informed practices Responsibilities •Conduct psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management •Develop individualized treatment plans •Collaborate with APPs, nurses, behavioral health therapists, care coordinators, and licensed addiction counselors •Participate in care coordination and multidisciplinary team meetings •Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed •Engage in program development and quality improvement efforts •Maintain timely and thorough documentation in the EHR •Serve as a resource to staff, patients, and families on psychiatric and substance use disorder treatments •Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA •Participate in peer review, supervision, and continuing education activities About Boulder Community Health and Boulder, Colorado Boulder Community Health (BCH) is a not-for-profit healthcare organization based in Boulder, Colorado.
