    Our client, a leading player in the food service distribution industry, is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish)Human Resources Assistant. . The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, new hire orientation, answering 1st tier questions, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Position: HR Assistant

     

    Duration: Ongoing

    Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm

    Pay Rate Range: $24-$28/hr. based on experience

    Job Details:

    + Assisting walk-in applicants

    + Performing heavy administrative work

    + Keeping track of union attendance point system

    + Assist with new hire orientations

    + Other duties, as directed by HR Manager

    Qualification:

    + High School Diploma; College Degree Preferred

    + Must be able to speak Spanish and English fluently

    + 2+ years of HR experience, including recruitment, new hire orientations, and 1 st tier questions.

    + Must have experience in MS Applications , and ATS
