    **Position Title:** IBM AI & Automation Implementation Consultant

    **Clearance Level:** Active Top Secret

    **Location:** Onsite at Chantilly, VA

     

    Role Overview

     

    Join a team modernizing federal operations through AI and automation. This consultant will implement IBM Watsonx, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and intelligent workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making across federal systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Design and deploy AI models using IBM Watsonx and IBM Automation Platform

    + Implement RPA solutions for repetitive federal workflows

    + Integrate AI tools with existing enterprise systems and data lakes

    + Support model training, validation, and performance optimization

    + Ensure ethical AI use and compliance with federal data governance policies

    + Provide technical documentation and training to agency personnel

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s in AI, Data Science, or related field

    + 5+ years of experience with IBM AI and automation tools

    + Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and IBM Watson Studio

    + Familiarity with NLP, machine learning, and predictive analytics

    + IBM Certified AI Engineer or equivalent preferred
