Our client, a leading institution in public policy research, is seeking a Marketing Performance Data Analyst to join their team. As a Marketing Performance Data Analyst, you will be part of the Marketing and Communications team supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for storytelling, and a data-driven mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Redwood City, CA

What's the Job?

+ Track and report on campaign performance across email, social, web, paid, and earned media.

+ Clean, segment, and analyze marketing data using HubSpot and Google Analytics (GA4).

+ Build dashboards that blend performance metrics with clear, narrative insights.

+ Identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities focused on audience and content engagement.

+ Translate data into intuitive narratives for stakeholders and leadership.

What's Needed?

+ Understanding of campaign lifecycles, storytelling, and content-driven engagement.

+ Experience with HubSpot, including custom reporting, workflows, and lead scoring.

+ Proficiency in GA4 to analyze user behavior, content performance, and conversion paths.

+ Skilled at crafting insights into persuasive, executive-ready narratives.

+ Experience using statistical tools to identify audience patterns and trends.
