    Contract Duration: 6+ Months

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Bachelors degree/University degree equivalent

    + 3-5+ years of experience as an Business Analyst in the Banking or Finance industry

    + Advanced experience with Excel and BI Reporting tools to construct insightful reports, dashboards and key metrics for senior management

    + Expert level ability to analyze data to identify deliverables, gaps and inconsistencies

    + Wholesale Lending experience

    + Proven record of delivery in process and organizational change

    + Experience working in a fast paced financial services firms

    + Demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail

    + Ability to drive change and effectively manage projects and stakeholders

    + Strong organizational leadership and influencing skills

    + Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Must be articulate and persuasive

    + Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment

    + Works well under pressure and in tight deadlines

    Desired Skills & Experience

    + Hands-on experience with Transformation projects

    What You Will Be Doing

    + Review/analyze program reporting deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and positioning of key information

    + Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit, ensuring transformation outcomes adhere to enterprise control policies, standards, and procedures

    + Work with program lead to ensure project prioritization and plan is in line with objectives and business needs

    + Prepare material for senior committee meetings and Regulatory bodies

    + Design, develop, and maintain program reporting solutions, working with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective dashboards and reports which can be efficiently maintained

    + Lead meetings including governance, workshops and working groups

    + Drive adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery

    + Direct communication of program status, issue, and risk disposition to stakeholders and governance forums

    + Coordinate multiple cross functional teams to achieve required outcomes

    + Participate in strategic planning meetings covering areas of possible evolution and/or expansion of program scope inclusive of plan maintenance, program tooling, and report automation

    + Identify and escalate risks and issues impacting program and workstream delivery and ensures mitigation strategies are developed and executed that address key risks and issues
