Required Skills & Experience
+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
+ Knowledge of DevOps practices
+ Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
+ Experience with Atlassian products (e.g., Confluence and JIRA)
+ Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
+ Perform support for intake, prioritization, Sprint & Release planning, backlog grooming; facilitate prioritization and estimation meetings, manage demand/capacity/resource utilization details, Burndown/Status reporting, communication plans, training sessions, and testing and defect resolution
+ 10+ years of software engineering experience
+ 5+ years of software development experience using C# (.NET Core) and Python, with a strong focus on backend systems and service-oriented architecture
+ 3+ years of experience with Entity Framework
+ 3 + years of experience with cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure, OpenShift) deployments
+ 4 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following Enterprise Pipeline Tools: uDeploy (Urbancode Deploy), GitHub Actions, Harness, Jenkins
+ 3+ years of experience with SCA and SAST tools like SonarQube, Checkmarx, BlackDuck
+ 3+ years of UI design experience with REACT Framework
+ 7+ years of SQL Server and NoSQL (Mongo DB) experience
+ 3 + years of JavaScript Frameworks experience (jQuery, Ext JS, Kendo UI or Angular JS)
+ 7+ years of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) experience
+ 2+ years of experience integrating large language models (LLMs) into web applications. Proficient in providing contextual grounding to LLMs using techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and similar approaches.
+ Skilled in prompt engineering to optimize LLM outputs for diverse use cases, including task-specific prompting, chain-of-thought reasoning, and few-shot examples to enhance model accuracy, relevance, and reliability.
+ Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
+ Advanced troubleshooting skills

What You Will Be Doing
+ Lead an Agile development team in the creation and implementation of new and existing technology frameworks, feature enhancements, applications redesigns efforts, componentized applications, micro-services, information security, database, and cloud or web technologies
+ Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to ensure high-quality code and professional growth.
+ Architect and build scalable, robust, and performant applications. This includes:
+ Develop complex and highly interactive user interfaces using the React UI framework. Focus on creating a seamless and responsive user experience for our self-service portal applications.
+ Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable APIs to support front-end applications and integrate with various services.
+ Leverage your experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) to integrate AI capabilities directly into our applications. This includes working with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and understanding the challenges and opportunities of building AI-enabled features.
+ Self-Service Portal Development: Lead the end-to-end development of self-service portal-type applications, focusing on user autonomy, intuitive workflows, and streamlined user experience.
+ Agile Development & User-Centered Design:
+ Actively participate in and lead an Agile development environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
+ Translate user requirements and Figma prototypes into working, production-ready code.
+ Champion a user-centered design approach, working closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to ensure a cohesive and delightful user experience.
+ Proactively identify and solve complex technical challenges, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our applications.
+ Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
+ Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
+ Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
+ Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
+ Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
+ Provide strong technical expertise to the application development team, architects, and technology management.
+ Act as a technical expert, hands-on developer, innovator, and strategic thought leader for the IAM Tools Engineering Team
+ Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommend innovations that enhance operations and/or provide a competitive advantage to the business.
+ Provide expert counsel to technology leadership and advise / mentor others with the goal of upskilling and knowledge transfer.
