    Job Details

    AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to immediately fill the role ofRoute Supervisor, Full-time.This position works Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Assists in the training and development of team members

    + Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts

    + Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager

    + Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts

    + Manages Drivers

    + Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities

    + Supports company programs and branch goals

    + Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption

    + Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours

    + Other duties as required

    Job Requirements:

    Requirements:

    + Valid Driver’s License

    + Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle

    + Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner

    + Good driving record

    + Previous vending experience is preferred

    + Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.

    + Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently

    + Problem Solver

    + Willingness to learn in a dynamic industry
