    Our client, a dynamic player in the sales industry, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join their team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be part of the sales team supporting growth and business maintenance. The ideal candidate will have high energy, excellent organizational skills, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Territory Sales Manager

     

    Pay Range: $30-$35

     

    Shift: M-F 8am to 5pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Grow distribution channels and perform corporate and plant sales on the road.

    + Lead initial calls, semi-qualify/qualify leads, and coordinate follow-up discovery calls.

    + Focus on high-margin sales and ensure smooth transfer of items and services.

    + Revisit lost clients and follow up on open and closed opportunities.

    + Perform pre and post-sales activities, including developing action items and strategies.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    + Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

    + Capability to lift approximately 30 lbs as needed.

    + Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
