Industrial Health & Safety Manager

This is a FT Direct Hire position

Are you a **Safety Professional** with a strong background in manufacturing looking to make a change? Our client, based in the Martinsburg area is looking for your expertise to support their modern, well-designed site to ensure a continued track record of safe operations. In this role, you will:

+ Lead health and safety programs, including training, audits, and compliance.

+ Champion Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) initiatives and the annual safety campaign.

+ Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.

+ Oversee safety reporting, Worker’s Compensation, and Fire Protection programs.

+ Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and other relevant regulations.

Well qualified candidates will bring:

+ A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.

+ 5+ years of health and safety experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

+ CSP certification or related certification is highly preferred.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Experience successfully implementing and maintaining BBS and safety management systems.
