Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Assistant to join their team. As a Manufacturing Assistant, you will be part of the Office Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Manufacturing Assistant

**Location:** Pittsburg, KS

Pay Range: $17-20

**Shift:** 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday to Thursday)

What's the Job?

+ Monitor time and attendance for the shop, ensuring accurate clock-ins.

+ Track training records and manage communication between departments such as HR, Quality Assurance, and Engineering.

+ Perform regular data entry and maintenance of planning logs.

+ Update KPI boards to reflect current operational status.

+ Support new hire orientation and onboarding processes.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clerical role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

+ Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

+ Experience with Kronos or Workday systems is a plus.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.

+ Ability to work independently with a high level of confidentiality.
