Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting the manufacturing of educational kits. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a proactive “can do” approach which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Associate 2nd shift

**Location:** Hanover, PA

**Pay Range:** $15 an hour

**Shift:** 2pm - 12am (Monday - Thursday)

What's the Job?

+ Accurately select, mix, stage, and package various components in support of the production process.

+ Perform a wide range of production tasks such as technical labeling, kitting cell setup, measuring, and pouring of reagents.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while adhering to standard operating procedures.

+ Document production-related activities in compliance with ISO and customer requirements.

+ Participate in analyzing production issues and assist in developing corrective actions.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including counting, adding, subtracting, and multiplying.

+ Must maintain a positive attendance record and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

+ Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

+ Flexibility to work overtime as required.
