Key job responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and performance tracking metrics that provide strategic insights for Prime Video's leadership
- Partner with global finance teams to drive precise forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across diverse business segments
- Prepare strategic analyses, reports, and recommendations that directly influence business strategy and investment decisions
- Manage and report on headcount and operating expenses with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making processes

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
- 3+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
- 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- Experience building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, or CPA
- 3+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results,
- Strong track record of managing deliverables from multiple partner teams to meet challenging deadlines,
- The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment with competing deadlines,
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
