    Description

    The North American (NA) Quality team is seeking a Vendor Returns Coordinator to support Removal Operations. This position is responsible for collaborating with our operational stakeholders across North America to improve Removals processes. In addition to collaborating with Fulfillment Center (FC) operations, the coordinator must build an effective working relationship with members of our World Wide Returns, ReCommerce, and Sustainability (WWR&RS), Retail and Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) teams to develop and implement initiatives focused on New Channel Development and improved customer experience, while maintaining operational efficiencies. The Vendor Returns Coordinator must be well versed in the Removals space, be able to communicate in a way that motivates others to take action, have experience in managing projects as well as to demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage, often competing, priorities.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Solve problems: react quickly and productively, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolve.

    • Analyze data to troubleshoot and identify improvements to current processes.

    • Build relationships and identify with stakeholders across the organization.

    • Develop network training materials and process documentation.

    • Uphold and maintain Removals configurations in accordance to standards.

    • Support on-site fulfillment center (FC) level testing and deployment of new tools.

    Basic Qualifications

    • High School Diploma

    • 2+ years' experience in Amazon Removals space

    • Proficiency in computer usage, email, Microsoft Suite (MS)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree

    • Knowledge of Removals tools such as REV, Pack-n-Hold, PackApp Removals, SPT, FROST, Pack & Palletize and Auto Scheduler

    • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $52,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $102,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
