FCP Euro is seeking a strategic and driven Head of Supply Planning to lead and scale our supply planning capabilities. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory investment, and building planning capabilities that support business growth, improve customer experience, and drive operational efficiency. You will integrate best in class planning and sourcing practices with the distinct strengths of FCP Euro to develop a high-performance supply engine. Your focus will be on achieving the right balance between supply continuity, cost efficiency, and exceptional product availability, ensuring industry leading service levels for our customers. This role will lead a team of planners and analysts that will have considerable impact on both the P&L and balance sheet, impacting both gross margin and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Strategy & Leadership - Define and lead the long term vision for the supply planning function in alignment with business objectives and growth strategies. Build and scale the team, processes, and tools needed to support SKU expansion, omnichannel fulfillment, and global sourcing, while fostering a high performance culture rooted in accountability, continuous improvement, and data driven decision-making.
+ Planning & Execution - Own end to end supply planning, including purchase planning, inventory replenishment, safety stock management, and supply continuity. Translate demand plans into optimized supply strategies by SKU, supplier, and channel to maintain high in stock rates while meeting working capital goals. Collaborate closely with Vendor Relations to manage supplier capacity, lead times, MOQs, and production schedules, and develop proactive strategies to mitigate risk in a dynamic external environment.
+ Collaboration & Orchestration - Partner with demand planning, product, and marketing teams to align supply strategies with promotional activity, product launches, and lifecycle transitions. Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment operations to ensure inbound flow supports service level goals and operational capacity. Engage with suppliers to enhance visibility, reliability, and flexibility, building joint improvement plans to ensure consistent product availability. Work with finance and product teams to develop annual buy plans and supply cost forecasts that align with financial targets and inventory availability goals.
+ Continuous Improvement & Analytics - Refine KPIs and dashboards to effectively monitor supply health, supplier performance, inventory turns, and service levels. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and planning system enhancements to strengthen both current operations and future capabilities. Drive the implementation of exception based planning and automation to reduce manual effort and increase planning efficiency.
Qualifications:
+ 10+ years of experience in supply planning or supply chain management, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
+ Proven success building or transforming planning functions in high-growth, high SKU environments
+ Deep knowledge of supply planning processes, tools, and best practices
+ Experience in planning and procure-to-pay systems. AI and machine learning integration experience is a huge plus
+ Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to interpret complex data and make sound business decisions
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
+ Deep experience with international sourcing, lead time management, and vendor engagement
+ Automotive aftermarket experience is preferred

Compensation
+ This is an exempt salaried role with a base salary of $165,000 - $190,000, depending on experience, with a total compensation opportunity of $201,000 - $231,800 annually.
