Summary You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Technical Support/Industrial Engineering Division of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. A post allowance amount, (otherwise known as: COLA), of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. Post allowance is subject to change at any time. Salary Range: GS-09: $63,800 - $82,938 GS-11: $77,192 - $100,344 Responsibilities You will be responsible for ensuring that all logistics support required for ships undergoing availability. You will plan and coordinate logistics with numerous internal shipyard codes and external navy commands and contractors, identifying logistics problems, and completing staff work leading to logistic problem resolution. You will identify Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) deficiencies and recommend corrective action as required. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: coordinating and implementing integrated logistics support (ILS) actions that includes evaluating technical documents (e.g., Preliminary Installation Reports, drawings, TMs, Task Group Instructions, etc.), available manpower and supply requirements to support the repairs or alterations performed on systems and equipment aboard ships, ensuring to adjust plans and schedules needed to meet each requirement on time. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: implementing integrated logistics support (ILS) actions in accordance with established logistical plans related to the repairs or alterations performed on systems and equipment aboard ships.
