Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Steel West Virginia is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Maintenance Department Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the maintenance department during our construction process and into our operations. You will assist in managing the department's day-to-day activities, scheduling maintenance tasks, coordinating with various teams, payroll production bonus inputs, and maintenance team records. Support to the team will include plotting drawings, technical documentation binders, organizing data into charts and reports, directing vendors or visitors to proper area, and managing office supply inventory.
Nucor Steel West Virginias greenfield project is a new state-of-the-art sheet steel mill that will produce up to 3 million tons per year once fully operational. This advanced manufacturing facility is to be located in Mason County, along the Ohio River in close proximity to both Huntington and Charleston, WV.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
+ Proficiency in creating, organizing, and managing documents
+ At least one year Administrative experience in a manufacturing facility or office based position
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Prior experience with Novatime, Oracle, Drawing Management software
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
+ Experience with Payroll Entry
