Orthopaedic Associates of Maine is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to join our dedicated Joints Department a collaborative and fast-paced environment focused on helping patients regain mobility and quality of life. About the Role: Under the guidance of the Senior Clinical Manager and in partnership with our expert team of Physicians, APPs, and surgical schedulers, you ll lead daily clinical operations and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional joint care. This position blends hands-on patient care with leadership and administrative responsibilities. You will oversee a talented team of Clinical Assistants, Medical Office Assistants, and Clinical Coordinators, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients undergoing joint replacement, arthritis care, and related services. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate daily clinic workflows, staffing, and resource management Act as a clinical lead and liaison between providers and staff Provide RN-level care including medication administration, triage, and post-op wellness checks Ensure accurate and timely documentation, patient education, and follow-up care Support surgical readiness including labs, imaging, clearances, and patient coordination Participate in training, staff development, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate closely with surgical schedulers, billing/pre-auth teams, and leadership Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with current Maine licensure (Required) Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in orthopaedics or surgical care Prior supervisory or team lead experience BLS certification (Required) Strong knowledge of joint care workflows and musculoskeletal health Proficient in EHR systems and clinical documentation A calm, confident leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
