    PACIFIC COAST BUILDING SERVICES INC. IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RESUMES FOR AN

    OFFICE INTERN

    POSITION TYPE: Part-Time, Hourly

    WAGE SCALE: $20

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    + Assists with various HR projects in the areas of Safety, Risk Management, Human Resources, and Payroll. This includes providing support for recruitment efforts, payroll audits, Employment Training Panel (ETP) tracking, learning management, safety and environmental compliance, driver record monitoring, etc.

    + Distributes materials to the various locations.

    + Performs data entry and updates in various software applications.

    + Performs general office administrative duties such as; answering phone calls and emails, making copies, and filing.

    + Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS :

    + Currently enrolled and taking classes towards a Business Administrative Degree/Certificate or equivalent combination in education and experience.

    + Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly desired.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

    + Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and managers.

    + Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.

    + Knowledge of a variety of software including but not limited to MS Office applications.

    + Regular attendance is required.
