    Description

    We are looking for an experienced IT System Administrator to join our client's team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This is a long-term contract position that requires strong expertise in managing enterprise-level systems and ensuring their optimal performance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate a proactive approach to system administration.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage Active Directory environments, including user account maintenance and group policies.

    • Administer Microsoft Windows Server systems to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency.

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Windows 10 workstations.

    • Manage Dell Technologies hardware and software solutions to support organizational needs.

    • Configure and maintain Citrix Technologies to ensure seamless virtual desktop and application delivery.

    • Monitor system performance and address any issues to maintain high uptime and reliability.

    • Implement updates, patches, and security measures to protect systems from vulnerabilities.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects and initiatives.

    • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes for future reference.

    • Provide training and guidance to staff regarding system usage and best practices.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience with Active Directory administration, including group policies and user account management.

     

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and its associated technologies.

    • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 systems.

    • Hands-on experience with Dell Technologies hardware and software solutions.

    • Familiarity with Citrix Technologies for virtual desktop and application management.

    • Ability to analyze system performance and implement corrective actions.

    • Solid understanding of security protocols and measures to safeguard IT systems.
