Description We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Sunapee, New Hampshire. This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to essential financial and administrative operations in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to solving challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative and logistical tasks across two office locations.

• Act as the primary point of contact between departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

• Process incoming deposits and maintain precise financial documentation.

• Draft well-crafted correspondence and internal communications tailored to various audiences.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal team members and external stakeholders.

• Adapt quickly to new systems and technologies to streamline workflows and processes. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role with exposure to accounting functions.

• Proficiency in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoice processing, and financial data entry.

• Strong multitasking capabilities and excellent time management skills.

• Familiarity with handling deposits and contracts.

• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service.

• High attention to detail and a solid understanding of financial principles.
