    Position Highlights:

    + Works closely with accounting leadership on daily operations

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform account reconciliations and monthly closing duties

    + Maintain and update the general ledger

    + Prepare and post journal entries

    + Manage day-to-day transactions for: AP, AR, Billing and Invoicing

    + Support internal financial reporting processes

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline

    + 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher)

    + Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

    + Prior experience in construction or project-based industries is a plus, but not require
