    Consulting Opportunity – Senior Accountant

     

    Robert Half is working with a stable, well-established company in the Holbrook area that is seeking a Senior Accountant for an on-site consulting engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting leader with a background in manufacturing and government contracting to contribute in a hands-on, impactful role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support daily and monthly accounting operations

    + Ensure compliance with DCAA, FAR, and DFAR requirements

    + Assist with cost accounting, reporting, and analysis

    + Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes

    + Work within Visual ERP (or a similar system) to manage data and reporting

    + Use strong Excel skills to analyze financial data and support decision-making

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

    + 4–5+ years of accounting experience, including manufacturing and government contracting

    + Knowledge of DCAA audit requirements, FAR, and DFAR

    + Experience working with Visual ERP or a comparable ERP system

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.)

    + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
