Description

A regional law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to support attorneys on Washington cases in King, Pierce, Snohomish, Watcom, and Thurston counties.

This role may be worked fully remote, hybrid or in-office (employee's preference).

The salary range is 60-100k DOE, with additional bonus and overtime earnings. The firm provides medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k with 3% match, 16 days PTO, paid court holidays, and technology provided.

This position supports 1-2 attorneys with cases of dissolution, child custody, domestic violence protection orders, and other family law matters.

Requirements

Candidates should meet the following criteria for consideration:

- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal working within Washington on Family Law matters

- Working experience e-filing in various counties throughout Washington, such as King and Pierce counties.

- Drafting declarations, petitions, child support worksheets, parenting plans, custody agreements and DVPOs

- Billing their own time

- Client interfacing skills

- Proven performance working fully remote, or open to working in-office during onboarding.
