Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and leading initiatives that will drive operational excellence, increase efficiency, and enhance productivity across the firm. This candidate will also conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement, develop and monitor KPIs to assess progress and impact, train and mentor employees in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools, collaborate with leadership to set strategic goals aligned with internal objectives, and serve as a change agent, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning. The ideal Continuous Improvement Manager should have strong expertise utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to encourage a culture of sustainable change.
How you will make an impact
• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects across various departments
• Analyze operational data and identify trends, gaps, and areas of improvement
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety, and operational standards
• Document best practices, SOPs, and process changes
• Facilitate events, workshops, and cross-functional team meetings
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards
Requirements
The ideal Continuous Improvement Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting.
Other requirements for the Continuous Improvement Manager role include and are not limited to:
• 5+ years of related experience and/or training with certified black belt
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma
• Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and improvement tools
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
