Description We are looking for a dedicated Billing Clerk to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position where you will play a key role in managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage billing functions with a high degree of accuracy.

• Conduct research to resolve discrepancies and ensure billing compliance.

• Make necessary adjustments to billing statements and systems.

• Maintain attention to detail while handling large volumes of work within tight deadlines.

• Utilize Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to organize and analyze billing data.

• Ensure timely reporting to work and adherence to schedules.

• Communicate professionally through written and verbal channels.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize billing operations and processes. Requirements • Proven experience with billing functions and systems.

• Familiarity with computerized billing processes and tools.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

• Ability to handle high-volume workloads efficiently and accurately.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
