Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Racine, Wisconsin. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a vital role in managing all aspects of the company's finances, ensuring accuracy and compliance in daily operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail while working with financial data.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of full charge bookkeeping, including maintaining accurate financial records.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

• Utilize QuickBooks to manage and monitor the company’s finances effectively.

• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.

• Monitor cash flow and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.

• Maintain organized records for audits and other financial reviews. Requirements • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
