Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio, on a Contract-to-Permanent basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial accuracy and efficiency of our operations while working in a supportive and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in reconciliation, accounts payable management, and proficiency in QuickBooks, ensuring the smooth handling of day-to-day financial tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records with precision and timeliness.

• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice review, payment scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.

• Resolve discrepancies in financial transactions and collaborate effectively with vendors to sustain strong business relationships.

• Utilize QuickBooks Online and Desktop to enter, categorize, and verify financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Generate essential financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and reconciliations as required.

• Organize and maintain accurate records of financial transactions across departments.

• Process payroll entries and assist with tracking employee expenses.

• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support company leadership in decision-making.

• Ensure adherence to accounting principles and company standards in all bookkeeping activities. Requirements

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, including high-volume reconciliations and accounts payable management.

• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
