Temporary Deal Desk Specialist

We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with GTM, revenue, legal or strategic finance experience to support our enterprise SaaS sales and legal team. This temporary role will focus on creating order forms, orchestrating commercial agreements, and ensuring deal compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Draft and manage contracts for SaaS deals

+ Create order forms for enterprise

+ Coordinate cross-functional input to finalize commercial agreements

+ Ensure deals align with revenue recognition principles and approval policies

+ Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to support deal execution

Requirements

+ Strong understanding of revenue recognition

+ Understand contracts for SaaS deals

+ Familiarity with SaaS sales models and enterprise deal structures
