Join Our Team as an HR Business Partner

We’re looking for a confident and capable HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a growing team in Spokane, WA. What You’ll Do
Day-to-Day HR Support
+ Serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers across the company.
+ Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
+ Continuously improve core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and corrective actions.
+ Coach leaders on team development, feedback, and engagement.
Build Structure & Improve Processes
+ Help document and refine HR policies, workflows, and systems to ensure clarity and consistency.
+ Collaborate with the VP of HR to enhance our HR infrastructure and internal resources.
+ Identify process gaps and propose practical, people-first solutions.
Drive Communication & Culture
+ Use sound HR judgment and business insight to offer grounded, strategic advice.
+ Communicate HR initiatives, changes, and expectations with clarity and empathy.
+ Manage sensitive conversations professionally and confidentially.
Lead & Support Key Initiatives
+ Support and lead initiatives in areas such as performance management, employee engagement, and training.
+ Collaborate on cross-functional projects to strengthen culture and improve the employee experience.
+ Contribute innovative ideas and follow through to execution.
BENEFITS OFFERED:
+ SALARY RANGE: $90,000-$110,000

Requirements
What You’ll Bring
+ 5+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and policy development.
+ A balanced, pragmatic approach to HR—you understand the rules but also prioritize people.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you build trust and handle tough conversations with confidence and care.
+ Proactive problem-solver who’s comfortable building from the ground up.
+ Adaptable and resilient—you’re comfortable navigating ambiguity in a growing environment.
+ Experience in a scaling or evolving organization.
+ SHRM-CP, PHR, or other relevant HR certification preferred.
+ Location: Office-based with work-from-home flexibility on Fridays.
+ Culture: Fast-paced, collaborative, and improvement-focused. We value curiosity, clear communication, and progress over perfection.
+ Physical Requirements: Primarily desk work with occasional light lifting (e.g., training materials or new hire swag).
+ Travel: Minimal, with occasional off-site events or training.
+ Collaboration: Reports to the VP of HR and works closely with leaders, employees, shared services teams, and external partners.
