This is a HYBRID role out of Seattle, WA! LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY!!

•3 days onsite (Tuesday–Thursday), 2 days remote (Monday & Friday)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a 6-month hybrid assignment in Seattle to provide financial leadership and support for a high-performing team that manages operations across the Pacific Northwest. This role is vital in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting revenue processes, and delivering insightful reporting for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely collection; maintain accurate updates in financial systems.

+ Fund Allocation: Verify correct application of payments and reconcile discrepancies across client accounts.

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to understand financial workflows, resolve inquiries, and support business goals.

+ Month-End Close & Variance Analysis: Assist in financial close processes by preparing detailed reports and analyzing forecast vs. actual performance.

+ Executive Financial Communication: Deliver key updates and insights to senior finance and leadership teams.

+ Sales Support: Serve as a financial liaison to the Sales team, ensuring accurate transaction processing and documentation.

+ Finance Operations: Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, reconciliations, and contribute to process improvements.

+ Invoicing Oversight: Lead the generation, validation, and submission of client invoices while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

+ Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in finance or related industries

+ Technical Skills:

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, analysis, process management)

+ General computer and system navigation skills

+ Soft Skills:

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Excellent verbal and written communication

+ Confident presentation skills

•Preferred Qualifications:

+ Strong organizational and task management abilities

+ Collaborative and team-oriented approach

+ Open to constructive feedback and continuous improvement

+ Familiarity with PeopleSoft and Coupa (training available if needed)
