    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with its client for an Accounts Payable Clerk. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and maintaining efficient accounts payable operations.     Responsibilities:

    • Process invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.

    • Validate coding on invoices to ensure proper allocation to accounts.

    • Assist with purchase order processing and reconciliation.

    • Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions for auditing purposes.

    • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of precision and attention to detail.

    • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.

    • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in accounts payable

    • Proficiency in coding invoices and managing purchase orders.

    • Familiarity with invoice processing systems and procedures.

    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

    • Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and team members.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
