Description We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join our team on a contract basis in Braintree, Massachusetts. This role involves contributing to legal proceedings by conducting privilege reviews and assisting with document discovery. Responsibilities:

• Perform privilege reviews to ensure compliance with legal standards and confidentiality.

• Conduct document reviews to support discovery processes in active cases.

• Draft motions and legal briefs to facilitate case progression.

• Collaborate with teams to analyze and organize evidence for litigation.

• Provide legal insights and recommendations to strengthen case strategies.

• Assist in civil litigation proceedings, ensuring thorough preparation and representation.

• Stay updated on relevant legal practices and procedural requirements.

• Maintain meticulous records and adhere to established guidelines throughout the review process. Requirements • Must possess a valid attorney license in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation is required.

• Proficiency in drafting motions and legal briefs.

• Familiarity with discovery processes and document review.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
