• Event Assistant

    Robert Half Office Team (Del Mar, CA)


    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Event Assistant to support the coordination of an upcoming event in Del Mar, California. In this Contract position, you will assist with various logistical tasks to ensure a smooth experience for attendees, from registration to packing supplies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys interacting with people.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with event setup, including arranging materials and ensuring all areas are properly organized.

    • Welcome attendees, distribute badges, and guide them through the registration process.

    • Provide exceptional customer service to address questions and ensure a positive experience for all participants.

    • Manage supply boxes, including packing and unpacking items needed for the event.

    • Support the team with any additional on-site tasks to ensure the event runs efficiently. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or event coordination is preferred.

    • Ability to lift and carry materials as needed during event setup and breakdown.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor to effectively assist attendees.

    • Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach to completing tasks.
