Description We are looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Asheville, North Carolina. This position involves hands-on work with cable installation, security systems, and access control solutions. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in field service operations, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure CAT6 cables, ensuring proper assembly and connection.

• Set up and maintain security camera systems to ensure optimal functionality.

• Implement access control systems, including magnetic locks and electric strikes.

• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of installed systems to identify and resolve issues.

• Provide on-site support and technical assistance to clients as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, including service reports and system configurations.

• Travel to client locations with reliable transportation to perform installation and service tasks.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards during installation and maintenance.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and best practices. Requirements • Proven experience with CAT6 cable installation and assembly.

• Knowledge of security camera systems and their setup.

• Familiarity with access control systems, including magnetic locks and strikes.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

• Ability to travel to client sites as required.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
