We provide a safe, supportive environment and essential services that help people rebuild their lives with dignity. Purchasing Coordinator

     

    We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Coordinator to manage procurement operations and ensure the timely, cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations and supporting our mission-driven work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Create, track, and manage purchase orders

    + Build and maintain vendor relationships; negotiate contracts

    + Monitor inventory and forecast supply needs

    + Analyze costs and identify savings opportunities

    + Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure compliance

    + Collaborate across departments to align procurement with business goals

    + Resolve order issues and delivery delays

    + Generate reports and communicate purchasing updates

    Qualifications:

    + Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

    + Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office

    + Knowledge of inventory and contract management

    + Negotiation skills and attention to detail

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    Salary Range:$65,000-$70,000 What We Offer:
