Job Description:

We are hiring a Payroll Specialist to manage multi-state payroll processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in tax compliance, and experienced with payroll systems.

Responsibilities:

+ Process semi-monthly or bi-weekly payroll

+ Ensure accurate calculation of hours, overtime, and deductions

+ File payroll taxes and maintain compliance with labor laws

+ Manage garnishments, benefits, and leave tracking

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of payroll experience

+ Experience with ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms

+ Strong understanding of federal and state payroll laws

+ High attention to accuracy and confidentiality
