Description We are looking for a Co-Pilot Trainer to help teams adopt and effectively use AI-driven tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, in their daily workflows. This position is critical to ensuring employees are empowered to integrate AI responsibly while maintaining high standards for theological and educational content. As a Long-term Contract role based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, this opportunity combines technical training with creative problem-solving to enhance productivity across various departments.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct training sessions on Microsoft Copilot within Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Create tailored learning modules that showcase AI's capabilities for drafting and editing curriculum, marketing content, and devotional materials.
• Guide teams in utilizing AI tools to organize research data, biblical references, and other large-scale information.
• Ensure all AI-generated outputs adhere to theological standards and publishing guidelines.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and education teams to identify effective applications of AI in their workflows.
• Develop best practices and ethical guidelines for AI usage in a faith-based publishing environment.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for employees integrating AI tools into their work.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust them based on feedback and evolving needs.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI technologies and recommend improvements to training strategies. Requirements • Proven experience in employee training, particularly in technology or software tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training materials, such as manuals and presentations.
• Familiarity with publishing workflows, theological content, or curriculum development is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
• Knowledge of ethical considerations and best practices for AI usage.
