We are looking for a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's team in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and executive teams to create and maintain financial models that align with strategic goals.

• Evaluate financial performance across multiple brands and locations to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue enhancement, and margin improvement.

• Develop detailed profit and loss forecasts, scenario planning tools, and models for new store openings and promotional activities.

• Consolidate financial data and key performance indicators across various restaurant concepts and entities, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

• Lead monthly business reviews by presenting actionable insights to cross-functional teams.

• Support annual budgeting and long-term planning processes with robust financial modeling.

• Assist in capital planning, debt management, and financing strategies to support business expansion.

• Design and automate dashboards to improve visibility and expedite decision-making processes.

• Prepare quarterly presentations for the board of directors, showcasing financial performance and strategic initiatives.

• Participate in period-end close processes and contribute to financial reviews and audit preparations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations.

• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and creating complex Excel-based models. including 3-statement financial modeling (required)

• Strong ability to navigate and simplify intricate organizational structures, with experience in franchises or multi-concept brands being a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and financial systems like Oracle EPM or Hyperion SmartView.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with advanced certifications or training considered a plus.

• Demonstrated experience in preparing dashboards, board presentations, and comprehensive financial reports.
